18 Years of Excellence!

I've been a client for 18- plus years. In all those years I've never been pressured into programs or or products to buy. The personal consultations with Sima have always been hassle free and pleasurable. I've had services with all stylists and they all do a great job! One of the top accomadations they always have done is making a slot for a service apronto.If I have any issues with my hair they've always taken of it imediately. I've always leave feeling good about my appearance and the services performed...Thanks for being there for me. Rich D

I have been going to NLI for more than 20 years, I cant amagine going any where else. The professionalism, the warm and friendly atmosphere and the compassion is what keeps me coming back, not to mention that the products are exceptional. Although all the stylist are at the top in the field, I would not be as confident in my apearance if it were not for Kim. Sima and all the staff are very passionate in the work they do and I wouldn't trust my hair needs to anyone else!!! Thank you NLI!!! Toni M.

I usually see fresh flowers and a freshly stocked candy bowl and the room is very professional in appearence. My stylist was professional and informative of new products available.

They made a grown man cry!

In April I got my first "Virtual Reality" system from New Look and my reaction... tears.. of joy and amazement! I had worn a hair system for numerous years prior, and hey, I looked good. Nobody EVER looked at my hair or hairline and noticed it wasn't real. As a matter of fact it looked so good, that I told (family and close friends) it wasn't real. Their reaction was always "I wouldn't have known if you didn't tell me". They weren't just being nice... these people can be blatantly honest.

I was getting a new job in April and wanted a FRESH look, so I decided to switch to a "Virtual Reality" system. Fresh wasn't the half-of-it...! My hair and front hairline are now so completely realistic, I've actually had people say "there's no way that's not real". When I finished my first session, I literally had a tear roll down my face because I thought I was looking at a picture of myself from 20 years ago, rather than looking in the mirror.

This place is absolute MAGIC! It's a small mom & pop (which those of us who have gone to the "...Club" can appreciate right off the bat). Staff is very respectful of my situation and open to options (again, unlike that "...Club").

Bottom Line: I'm a customer for life (or until a magic potion brings all of my hair back just as it was in my 20s... sorry New Look).
